What a great way to celebrate Valentine early than for a great cause. The Festival of Chocolate, a fundraiser for the Distress Centre of Ottawa & Region, delighted chocolate lovers at Lago Bar & Grill.
Chef Joe Calabro of Pasticceria Gelateria Italiana, won the People's Choice Award for best chocolate. Roch Fournier of Rochef Chocolatier in Gatineau, came in a close second and third was chef Amanda Lunan of Auntie Loo's Treats. Congrats to all three and to those who were there to tease their senses with the aromatic and delicious tastes served that night.

Posh Wedding Show in Ottawa
The Posh Wedding Show (February 19 from 4 to 10pm) at the Summit (Ottawa Marriott Hotel) is for modern, sophisticated brides who want to feel glamourous, stylish and unique. This one-of-a-kind show will feature the city's finest wedding professionals - from boudoir to bouquets...
